Building on the success of our original Luxe treehouse, Honey Hole, the Tree-T-Ment Center takes everything you loved—and turns it up a notch. Due to overwhelming guest demand, we’ve added the 20-foot slide - designed for kids and adults of all ages.
Designed to sleep up to four guests, this intimate Luxe escape features a king bed and a cleverly hidden roll-out queen bed, perfect for couples or a small group looking for something truly special. Inside, you’ll be surrounded by refined, cozy elegance—luxurious bedding, a star-lit ceiling, and thoughtfully curated décor that instantly sets the tone for rest and renewal.
The spa-inspired amenities are where the Tree-T-Ment Center truly shines. Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the indoor clawfoot copper slipper tub, rinse the day away in the custom tile shower with a bamboo jetted shower, step out and enjoy your heated towel from your towel warmer, pour a glass of your favorite beverage that is chilling in your champagne bucket, and well, we would be remised if we didn't tell you about our guests most mentioned feature - a full bidet toilet system—once you know, you know. We fell in love with this 40-acre mountaintop property the first time we stood beneath its trees. With breathtaking Great Smoky Mountain views, wooded privacy, and overlooks of two championship golf courses, we knew it was the perfect canvas for something extraordinary.
We didn’t want to build “just another place to sleep.” We set out to create an experience—treehouses that feel like stepping into a storybook, paired with modern comfort and handcrafted details. Each treehouse is uniquely themed and filled with custom, interactive features you won’t find anywhere else because they’re built right here, just for our guests.
Outside the treehouses, the adventure continues. Every stay includes our 1-mile scavenger hunt across the resort—complete with a map, compasses, and flashlights—leading guests through the woods to hidden surprises and a treasure at the end. It’s one of the most-loved parts of the Sanctuary experience and creates the kind of memories families talk about for years. We also designed gathering spaces like our outdoor community kitchen and firepit area, where guests can cook, relax, and soak in the mountain air together.
In just a few short years, we’ve welcomed guests from all over the world, earned incredible reviews, and grown into the world’s first and largest treehouse resort—now featuring 18 treehouses.
