Amazing view and perfect spot on an awesome beach. If you want a relaxing, quiet getaway to stare at turquoise water, float, kayak and snorkel, then this is the place for you. The best: view, beach, water toys, comfy beds, super clean, great snorkeling a kayak ride awayKnow before you go: Little Exuma is QUIET… restaurants close early so plan late lunches and cooking lite dinners at home; it’s also a bit secluded - we lost WiFi signal so have roaming data and/or lots of books/games. But if you’re into sunrise coffee on the beach and family floats over sunset, this is the place for you.
The house had everything we needed and more. I loved the way it was decorated and very clean. The location was right on the beach. Tropic of Cancer has the prettiest water. Will definitely go again! The property manager and the owner were quick to respond if we needed anything.
House has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. It was great for our party of 6 with the additional cottage for more privacy for everyone in our party. The beach is beautiful and the house offers everything you need for exploring beaches such as chairs, tents/shade cover, coolers, ice packs, towels and much more. The owner answered any questions we had. You won't be disappointed in choosing this place for your Exuma stay.
This house was exactly what we were hoping for. Beautiful, well appointed house with everything you could need on a quiet breathtaking beach on little Exuma. Paradise!
Celeste Beach House fulfilled all of our expectations. The views are breathtaking. The house is lovely, clean & extremely comfortable. The air conditioners work great. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked & grilled most meals, baked & made bread. The beach and water are absolutely gorgeous. We had everything we needed to have a great time: kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, snorkel masks, some flippers, floats, beach chairs, coolers. We rented a Boston Whaler to explore the beaches in Elizabeth Harbor. We stopped at Chat 'N' Chill (lively, fun place) for their pig roast which was good & we pet the stingrays. We bought most of our supplies at Exuma Market & meat at Prime Island in Georgetown. Our favorite restaurant was Tropic Breeze - the food was delicious (well worth the price). The smoothies, lobster roll & club sandwich at Sandpiper Bistro are excellent. We ate at Shirley's, Sonia's Seafood, and Santana's - all were very good. Mr. Miller & his wife, Beverly, are lovely and helpful. Thank you, Sarah, for sharing your wonderful home and providing us with everything we needed & wanted. We had such a great time - 8 nights weren't enough. We fell in love with Exuma and can't wait to come back next year (for 2 weeks) - Linda
We had such a great week at Celeste Beach house. The location is perfect being just steps from the ocean! The house had everything we needed and more. Communication was great with the owners and Mr. Miller. We had such a great time!
The house was in a beautiful location right on the beach. The house was well stocked with dishes, pot/pans, beach towels, snorkel gear, life jackets and several kayaks. It was also very clean. Mr. and Mrs. Miller are the property managers and did a wonderful job meeting all of our needs.
We absolutely loved our stay at Celeste! The home is exactly as advertised, perfectly accommodated our family of 5 with the back house and is located on a breathtakingly beautiful beach. We will definitely return in the future. Sarah and the Millers were very helpful.
The location on the beach can’t be beat. The house had everything we needed and more. The owner and the caretaker are very responsive if needed. No issues at all - can’t wait to get back to Exuma
This was the perfect spot for us to retreat, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The care take Mr. Miller is so inundated and helpful. This is a magical spot for sure. A stroll down in the beach to Brea’s Delight has the best burgers and they even grilled me up some fresh grouper.
The house is very clean and is just as described in the listing. The distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world is unbeatable. It is well appointed with kayaks, ice chest, life vest, rafts, and beach stuff. The road going in and out is a little rough and I would recommend a jeep or higher clearance vehicle.

Good house but with few issues
I must say the the main house really comfortable and has everything you need. the prop. manager is great, and responsive. This is our 4th time in the Bahamas, and second in Exuma. few issues: the second house is in the back , and not in such a good condition ( they had to replace the AC while we were there) The beds are not Queen they are 55" wideThe beach is not as you see, during January it was waves, and not as clear. so we didn't really enjoy the beach near the house. And the main issue: BUGS EVERYWHERE, and for some of us nothing helped.
We had an amazing time at the Celeste House! Very hard to leave. So beautiful inside and out. I enjoy cooking and it had everything I could need and more (thank you!). The bit of shade at the beach can’t be beat, we were able to stay outside all day. Mr. Miller and his wife Beverly took excellent care of us, so lucky we got to meet them. Can’t wait to return!
This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything that we needed (and more). The location to the most beautiful beach could not be beat. The Tropic of Cancer beach was stunning and as mentioned previously there were very few people there. We ate all of our meals in and had everything in the house needed to prepare them. We rented a car and visited other beaches in the morning; then returned to our "home" beach to enjoy a quiet afternoon and sunset. This property was perfect. Thank you to Sarah and Mr. Miller for all of your help and timeliness of replies. We had a great girl's trip!
When we arrived Mr Miller was waiting on us with a smile and the keys. He showed us the property and insisted that we let him know if we needed anything or had any questions. The house was clean and tidy and just as described. Having a full size washer and dryer was a huge plus. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the view! It was wonderful to wake up to the beautiful water and white sand every morning! We are already planning our return trip! Thank you Sarah for sharing your property with us and thank you for your quick responses and for answering all of our questions!
The six of us (me, husband, 4 children aged 2-14) visited for 11 nights. This was our first time in the Exumas. The house sits right in the middle of Tropic of Cancer beach, which turned out to be our favorite beach out of all the ones we went to. More than once we had the beach to ourselves. The home had a nice layout, and the manager was able to get us an extra bed (twin sized) for my 14 year old, which we put in the large laundry room. This worked out perfectly for us. The house had most everything we needed, and was fairly well stocked up. No complaints from us, and we would certainly consider staying a this home again.
Beautiful home and beach to yourself! Perfect family getaway!
What a beautiful home and beach! Every moment looking out to the water feels like a dream, it's such a vibrant blue. One of the cleanest clearest waters I've seen and some evenings we were the only people on the beach. We visited for over a week with our 2 kids (1 and 4yrs) and my in-laws joined for a few nights staying in the studio. The house is lovely, very clean, all the amenities we needed, a crib for our toddler, perfect set up for our family and for having little ones! We greatly appreciated the sand toys, kayaks and paddle boards. The only issue was some construction 2 houses down that was bothersome during the day, but that is out of the owner's hands and not surprised, the island is incredible, I'm sure there will be a lot of growing and building. Exuma felt super safe, we met wonderful people around town and ate many delicious meals! Sarah was great to communicate with, very friendly and quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to return some day!
The property was perfect for our needs. We had 2 young adults that stayed in the smaller house and 2 adults and a teen stay in the 2 BR. Everything was clean and attractive, great layout and beautiful view. We were happy to have so many clean towels and beach towels. Sarah was extremely responsive and Mr. Miller, the property manager was very helpful. Tropic of Cancer beach is heaven on earth. The location was a little further from Georgetown than where we have stayed previously, but for me, this was fine. 25 minute drive to town. There are a couple of wonderful restaurants close by- Satanas and another I can’t recall the name. We love the Exumas and if we return with family/friends we will definitely stay here again. Many sand fleas (?) on the beach, but that’s nature! There was bug spray and sunscreen in the house as well.
Thank you, Sarah and Mr. Miller for a great accommodation. We had the best time.
A lovely home with plenty of room, right on the beach
Booking was easy. Good response time from Sarah and Mr Miller when we needed things. Directions to the home were accurate. Mr Miller waiting for us with the front door keys and showed us around. Mr Miller answered questions: how to catch a water taxi, location of the markets/days that fresh produce arrives, straw market, things to do. Mr Miller (grandpa to 18) was a great wealth of information. He offered to visit later in the week, we said yes to Wed. We didn't see him again until Wed when he stopped by. Everything in the house functioned well, easy to find, and clean. All rooms were spacious. Great house wifi signal. Comfortable beds too! Several 5 gal jugs of bottled water in the house. Flatscreen TV's in both bedrooms. Some construction was going on next door at a house close to the road, it was not disruptive to us at all. Our house is on a lovely section of the beach and a short stroll to the water led by a path of seashells. 4 lounge chairs were at water's edge next to 4 kayaks/1double. We kayaked. Plenty of life jackets in the laundry & bedroom closet- many sizes for both adults and children. We had the beach to ourself the entire week except for other family staying 8 houses down. Kitchen well stocked with oil, spices, pots & pans, baking/measuring, leftovers containers, foil, ziplock, coffee filters, ice cube, trays, flat cooktop stove. We lost power only once for a couple hours and it was no big deal, gas grill & 2 tanks works too. A great week at a great house!
This was my 5th visit to Exuma.Celeste was perfect - located on my most favorite beach - secluded and perfect. The property was wonderful, very clean and had the most well equipped kitchen ever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent this property again.Thank you Sarah !!!!
