Get away for a relaxing stay at this cozy lake house located directly on Lake June in Winter. Enjoy the breath taking view of the lake from the beautiful 2 story dock and screened in back porch. Lake June's sand bottom makes it perfect for boating, water skiing, jet skis, paddle boarding and fishing. There is access to a private boat ramp less than a half mile away. The yard is fenced on the sides. The 4 bedrooms sleep 9 with 3 full baths complete with towels, blow dryers and soaps. Feel at home with modern conveniences, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, picnic tables, washer/dryer. and linens.
The downtown area of Lake Placid is less than 8 min away and offers dinning, grocery stores, thrift stores, churches and restaurants. If you are a member of the American Legion, Am Vets, Moose, or Elks there are nearby Posts in Lake Placid, Sebring and Avon Park. Stopping for a few days on a motorcycle? No problem. Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect in every way. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need; plenty of fresh linens, soft pillows, and a generous supply of hygiene and personal care items. As a woman, I especially appreciated that it had everything needed to get ready without having to pack half my bathroom. The attention to detail was outstanding, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning!

What an amazing home! Super clean and organized. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The dock was very nice and we spent a lot is time on it! Tamara, the host, was always available for questions and information. We will definitely stay there again!!!
