Main House: Living Room, Dining area, Kitchen, 6 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Patio, Office areas, Laundry, and Entertainment space.
On-Site Host (ADU): A dedicated host lives in a completely separate, downstairs unit with its own entrance. Available for immediate assistance should you need anything (guests frequently praise the convenience of this immediate help!). Fully insulated flooring ensures zero noise transmission between units. If your group prefers enhanced privacy with no one living on-site, the host can stay at another property. In this case, an additional charge of $120 per night applies.
🏡 Steps: This is a traditional home entry with seven stairs into the house and six stairs into the backyard.

Easy self check-in with your own unique smart-lock code. One dedicated off-street pavement parking space plus abundant free street parking right out front.

1.【CANCELLATION】
We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each stay available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
2.【No Parties or Events (Unless Pre-Approved)】
Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. However, small gatherings may be permitted with a pre-approved event package at an additional cost of $200 per night, allowing up to 30 total visitors (including registered guests).
3.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure neighborhood peace. No loud music or gatherings during this time.
4.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. Smoke alarms will be triggered.
5.【ANIMAL POLICY】
We welcome less than 20 pound dogs to the property and we have a max accommodation of 2 dogs. If your dog is bigger, please let us know for a review.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】【Late check-out】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
9. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
Please help pushing out trash bin on Thursday.
