Overall a great stay. Great location with a bus stop at the end of the block and a light rail station within a 7 min walk. Plenty of room for a large family.
My sisters and I get together once a year on a different city. We enjoyed the property since it was spacious and sufficiently quirky. Proximity to the light rail was super! The neighborhood is nice, walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shops.
Amazing stay! Comfortable and spacious. Super kind and communicative host! The location is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the furniture is very comfortable. We had our very large family over for a backyard gathering and there was plenty of room for all! Be careful of ants if you leave any food out, but otherwise everything was phenomenal!

Okay but super expensive
Beware of the ants. 2 of the bedrooms are in ADUs. Not a ton of actual bedrooms. Kind of loud with planes flying over and noise from the maintenance people. Overall it was okay, but incredibly pricy.
This house was perfect for our stay in Seattle. We had a group of 10 adults and 2 infants and everyone had a great place to sleep. The 3 levels plus the two guest houses in back offered places to gather together and have privacy. The host was very accommodating to allow early checking and late checkout which fit the needs of our travel schedules. We used the nearby train and busses for our local travel and had great service on them.
We were a student group of 12! While obviously that many people under one roof is tight, this place did it wonderfully. The place was as clean as could be expected, in a decent state and a great location. The home shows its age but that's not a bad thing. I do wish we could have had more rolls of toilet paper etc. for the number of guests listed but I understand that it could be a lot of logistical somersaults for the property manager to scale all those amenities with the number of guests.Generally pretty happy with the stay— definitely decide who will get the nicer rooms before going though, since they are not equal in how "nice" the arrangement is. A very good inverse relationship between how much space you have to yourself and how plush it is.
Property was great, very charming and spacious, and in a fantastic and safe part of town, easy access to everywhere, would book this again next time in Seattle.
We booked this property with 6 adults and an infant for Thanksgiving Week. It was perfect great location with easy access to public transportation. The dining room table was great for family meals and hanging out. Lots of comfy furniture and big enough we didn't drive each other crazy. You can't go wrong booking here!
Traveled with 10 students and two chaperones. Everyone had a place to sleep and we did not feel crowded. The large dining room table was used daily for meals and great talks throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house. Very conveniently located to major attractions and the conference center.
A very convenient location for our family gathering. Close to restaurants, grocery shopping, not far from downtown. On a quiet residential street and in a good neighborhood for walking to nearby parks and business areas. Off-street parking was much appreciated. Kitchen was on the small side and somewhat basic, but navigable.
I was very impressed by the communication! Rebecca was incredibly helpful. The space was perfect for our small group of adult professionals attending a conference- the house had a large living and dining areas as well as enough private bedrooms for all of us. The location was exceptional and we were able to walk to fantastic restaurants! Would stay again on our next trip to Seattle!
We needed a place for two families to stay over Thanksgiving and this place fit the bill. The kiddos loved the clawfoot tub and the spiral staircase. The fireplace heaters kept it cozy and the teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the bungalow. The extra full size fridge in the basement was handy too. Wish it had been warmer out because the yard is lovely.
For a group of friends looking for good value in a great location this is the spot! Clear communication from host. Everyone gets their own bedroom. House is fairly dated, bathrooms could use some handyman fixes and general updating. Upstairs attic is cramped.
Overall, if you want a location right near the Cap Hill action this is a good find.
The home was lovely and the neighborhood was great, easy to get around and lots of options nearby. The manager was responsive. Their were some things that need attention: water temp was difficult to regulate in shower on main floor and seemed like temp was set too high, we used the oven once and it made the drawer below so hot a family member got burned, furnace struggled to keep the house at a comfortable temp, main bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed, all things a handyman could easily fix
Grand old 3 story house with a lot of room and character
The house and location were great with quick access to downtown and Pikes market There were 12 in total from age 7 to 80 House was old but fairly well maintained, clean, and there was plenty of room. The 17 yo loved the one bedroom out back and my 21 yo Daughter and I took the 2 bedroom garage apt. A little warm during the day but cooled down nicely at night. The third floor of the house sleeps 4 but only the nimble footed should attempt the stairs and is hot even at night. Lots of foot traffic on the street but not too crazy. Good front porch watching. 😊
