From the moment you arrive at the walled property with private parking for two cars, you’ll recognize Des Bouvrie’s signature clean lines and modern elegance.

Built against a hillside, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views over the area and enjoys a constant refreshing breeze—both on the terrace and inside. Large glass doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout.

The villa features two levels with four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom—offering every guest comfort and privacy.

The fully equipped open kitchen includes all modern appliances, such as a large double-door refrigerator with ice dispenser.
