Great location and comfortable bed. Super small unit. Hot tub was not functioning and there was construction next door. Check in process was a nightmare. We told them our arrival time and they said we would be met by the property manager. 30 minutes after arriving we were still standing outside of the building. A wonderful neighbor in the property stayed with us and tried to contact the property owner but was unsuccessful. We had to call VRBO for assistance. Turns out that no one was going to neet us and they just needed to send a code. The code was not on VRBO but sent to our email. However the code was missing a number so we still couldn't get in. Eventually the property manager showed up to the building and 45 minutes later we were checked in. Horrible communication and check in process but once checked in the property manager was readily available.
