Stunning condo with amazing rooftop terrace in Romantic Zone - Old Town

The Pavilion completed in 2018 is an architecturally stunning building located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. This one bedroom, two full bathroom, 875 square foot condo is walking distance to the beach (4 minute walk) and the best restaurants, local markets, shops and galleries Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

This fully furnished condo comes equipped with stainless steel appliances including gas oven and stove, dishwasher, ice-making refrigerator and microwave. Everything you need for a convenient stay is at your disposal. As well as a large outdoor balcony space, the condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer; WIFI, two SMART TV’s (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), a king size bed with a quality mattress, ceiling fans, safe and air conditioning throughout.

The condo accommodates up to a maximum of 4 adults. Extra linens and pillows are provided for use on the queen size sofa bed outfitted with a specially designed 4-inch foam Serta® mattress with a 1-inch top layer of gel-infused memory foam that dissipates heat, keeping the body cool and comfortable while offering conforming support for ultimate sleep.

The Pavilion has not one, but two large common area terraces. The 5th floor terrace features a sparkling lap pool accompanied by lounge chairs, cabanas and a seating area. The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a pool, two hot tubs, a bar, BBQ, gym and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and a panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas and the hills of PV. Guests have full access to the condo and common areas.

This secure building has surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. A very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

The Pavilion is located in the Romantic Zone, aka: Old Town. This area is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Los Muertos beach and PV’s infamous “Malecón” are a short 2 block walk west of the Pavilion.

You won't need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta because this building is walking distance to everything you need. And, as an added bonus, there are no hills to walk down or climb up.

Other Things to Note:

Weekly maid service is included for 7-day or more rentals.

Supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

A property rental agency representative will greet you upon your arrival and provide you with a briefing on the condo and area. They will be available to you during your stay with any questions you may have.
