About the Property

Please note: while the main home, pool, tennis court, and terraces are exclusively yours, the wider property is not entirely private. A self-contained studio apartment at the front of the home — with its own separate entrance, private parking, and independent HVAC — is occupied by a quiet long-term resident with cats. Her space has no access to the main home or guest amenities, and she crosses the front lawn to reach her entrance. A few additional private residences sit well away from the main home on the outer grounds, and their occupants may occasionally be seen coming and going. Landscapers maintain the grounds each Friday for approximately one hour. Inside, you enjoy exclusive use of all three bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area, and sunroom/office — with your own private entrance and terraces.

To keep things simple and fair for everyone, we document the home with photographs before and after each stay. These are just for our records and help us keep the property in great shape for future guests.
Please know this is a lived-in, well-loved home, and a few cosmetic odds and ends are still works in progress — so don’t worry about minor imperfections you may notice; they’re already on our radar. We’re not sweating the small stuff.
