Good property. Fun things to do like the.pool table. The rule keeping the ac at 75 degrees made the house hot and somewhat uncomfortable. We were from a colder climate and usually like about 70. This ac restriction should be notice. Also the blinds in the BR let a lot of light in in the morning making it hard to sleep in.

This is our 2nd time staying at this Signal Hill home and we hope to stay again next summer. The home is lovely both inside and out. We had fun with the game room. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use the grill, fire pits, or jacuzzi. Theresa is a wonderful host with great communication. I appreciated the things you don't always find in a vacation rental (large closets with lots of hangers, washer/dryer, linen closet full of towels and washcloths). This is a terrific location for the LGB airport and things to do in Long Beach area. We also took a picnic lunch to the San Pedro Korean Bell (pick up great sandwiches at Olives on East Broadway) and that night went back to San Pedro to the Fanfare Fountain (choreographed water synchronized to different types of music). We also love Hilltop Park which is super close to the home (hint - get there early, park on Molino Avenue and walk the Panorama Promenade over to the park for the gorgeous sunsets). The last time we stayed at Theresa's house we went to Queen Mary, The Banning Museum, Marine Mammal Care Center, and Huntington Beach. I can also highly recommend shopping/eating in Belmont Shore/2nd Street. This house is the perfect location for so many things.

My family of adult children and spouses. There 7 of us and the house was amazing. It is big enough everyone had space. The house was packed with activities, pool table (big hit), games. The layout of the house is great. Quiet neighborhood, clean, very accessible for travel. Best time. Spa, the backyard is a little paradise.

This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a beautiful hilltop park for the most gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Very family oriented.

What makes this property unique

We are soo close to many attractions, some of the best beaches, restaurants and shops. Just minutes away from the Queen Mary, downtown Long Beach. About a 30 minute drive to LA, Hollywood and Disneyland. Sooo much more.
