- Booking, Policies, & Taxes: To protect the peaceful ambiance of the community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter.

- The maximum capacity of the property is 12 guests, and parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.

- Casa Naah Payil enforces a strict no-smoking policy (both indoors and outdoors); a mandatory $500 USD penalty will be applied for violations. Pets are not permitted on the property without receiving the owner's express, prior approval.
