Great property!! Nice & quite, yet steps away from the beach with a lovely pool. Loved the efficiency of the storage (much more than I anticipated), free snug parking spot, even nice pans & eating utensils. Love that they keep the extra spices, an air fryer, toaster oven, beach items, and provide extra towels. L It felt surprisingly bigger than it is. Great use of the space! From the indoor space to the outdoor space, all very comfy. Host has good communication. Only thing I could suggest would be to have a microwave that opens in the other direction, little difficult (but not impossible) to use where it's at with opening to the left. We did get a bit confused when we got there if we were in the right place or not & where to park, but that's my fault for not seeing the message the host sent beforehand (was having problems with VRBO site). Can't wait to come back!

Hollywood Beach is beautiful, convenient and not as crowded as Miami Beach. The Boardwalk, which we are one building away from, has restaurants, bars and shops. We are located within walking distance to Margaritaville resort, multiple parking garages, and a sound stage that offers free concerts Wednesday to Sunday.

What makes this property unique

We are fully loaded studio with everything you need. We have WIFI, local TV channels, smart TV, all kitchen supplies, linens, towels and beach equipment. All you have to do is bring your personal items.
