Located in Wilmington near the UNCW campus, this lovely 3-bedroom home offers a cozy retreat for guests. It has plenty of parking and is also walking distance to some shopping and restaurants. It has a queen bed, full bed, and two twin beds. Everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind. Also, a pack in play is available upon request.
The property features amenities like 3 Smart TV's, AC, heating, plenty of spots to charge devices, a screened in porch to lounge around on and a designated office space in case the office work can't wait. Our remodeled kitchen includes all new appliances and everything you may need to make a home cooked meal. Our kitchen table is set for four but easily transforms into a larger table adding additional seating.
When you are not out enjoying all that Wilmington has to offer, keep the fun memories going with some games and puzzles available for your entertainment.

The Full bathroom comes equipped with towels, soaps, a hair dryer and bathtub. The half bath is connected to the "master bedroom" and includes a toilet and sink.

Parking: We have a huge lot with plenty of room for parking. Are you traveling in an RV? We have room to park that too. (M-F office next door borrows 3 designated spots on the property line but does not take away from the parking or privacy for our guests.) A Security camera is visible near front door and used for security purposes only.

If your loved ones can't come home from college for the holidays? That's ok come meet them in Wilmy and bring the feeling of home to them for the holidays. Our place is equipped for both long and short stays to make your holidays and vacations one to remember.

The house was very clean and comfy. we stayed over Christmas and the even put up a Tree for us, and provided suggestions for lights and local festivities. This added to the Christmas magic. It was very easy to communicate and they were very responsive, Such a lovely experience and the house was perfect for us.

We chose this neighborhood because it is central to Wilmington, Easy access to highways and it is super close to the UNCW campus.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of the large mixed lot of trees and cleared area. There is plenty of parking, Even space for an RV. So, if you have been hauling that RV for too long and the thought of real running water and a big kitchen looks nice, this is the best of both worlds.
