Feels Like Home

I have lost count of how many times I have stayed here this year. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable. Convenient access to downtown but not close enough to hear the noise from the restaurants. I love walking down to the farmers’ market on the weekends.

Just beautifully done. The place was our aesthetic with all the perfect finishing touches. It's perfectly situated in downtown and close to Dobbins Conservatory. Wish we had discovered this four years ago, and our daughter had started to attend SEMO, we would've stayed here every time.

Fantastic Apartment!

I’ve had an excellent experience living at 231B S Spanish Street. The apartment is comfortable, clean, well maintained, and full of character. The downtown location is fantastic—within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the riverfront, and everything Cape Girardeau has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. The landlord has been wonderful to work with and has made the entire renting experience easy and stress-free. Communication is always prompt, professional, and friendly, and any questions or maintenance concerns are handled quickly and thoroughly. It’s clear that the landlord genuinely cares about the property and the comfort of the tenants. The apartment has truly felt like home, and I’ve been very happy with both the property and the level of service provided. I would highly recommend this apartment and landlord to anyone looking for a great place to live in downtown Cape Girardeau.
