Good location as it is close to the lagoon, Ala Moana Beach and shopping center. The paid parking was easy, especially if you can find a spot on the second level which we normally could.James was a great PM and was very helpful. The negative was the locked lanai (patio doors) that were very dirty from construction. A worker unlocked the doors midway through our stay and I washed the glass.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback of your recent stay with us. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience with the lanai closure due to the building construction. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope you can plan a return visit in the near future. Mahalo! Captain Cook Resorts
Our stay overall was a nice one. The space was great for our family of four (2 kids aged 4 & 1.5). We enjoyed the bedroom being separated from the main living space even though the door wouldn’t close fully with a lot of effort and noise. But it was great for them to be able to nap and go to bed on time and we could still enjoy being up. The bedroom had plenty of space for a pack and play and suitcases. Great closet and dresser space! The kitchen was nice and stocked with just about everything you need. (Except a bread knife which would be a great addition!) but it was great for cooking most of our meals at “home”! Unfortunately the construction noise was much louder than we excepted it to be. We stayed for 10 days and had them working on the lanai right above us for 4 days - completely dismantling the concrete and railings and then repaving it. It was so loud one day I had to put headphones on the kids, I was afraid it could hurt their ears and we left as fast as we could. And it often started during nap time of course after lunch. I wouldn’t stay here while the construction is going on if you have kids. But if you intend to be gone all day it’s a great stay. The unit was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the beach chairs (2) provided. Check in and out was very easy and smooth. James our contact was always quick to respond and kind & helpful. Overall the unit was perfect. It was just the noise that really affected us but we knew that was a chance when booki

I have been using Expedia for many years and never had an issue. This place ruined our entire trip. The grossest part was I drank water and ice out of the fridge before I realized there was an issue. The first morning we woke up with several cockroaches running around as soon as we turned on the lights. They sent someone out to spray and it made it worse. The infestation was so severe I have never seen anything like it. They sent someone out to spray a second time and brought bates and roach motels for us to put out. We spent our trip killing roaches the entire time. They were even in the fridge and freezer and all up in that water and ice machine on the fridge. They were all over the bathroom and bedroom walls. Everywhere. We had to wrap all of our stuff in plastic to bring it home. If that wasn’t bad enough they were doing construction right outside our window. We couldn’t even hear each other talk. They offered me a 30 percent refund for the inconvenience which I never got.
