Beautiful Condo, Unacceptable Management

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo itself was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, our experience with management completely overshadowed our stay.When we arrived after 5 PM, the access code we were provided was incorrect, leaving us locked out of the unit. We repeatedly called the after-hours support line, left voicemails, and sent emails, but no one responded for hours. By the time we finally received a call back after 10 PM, we had already spent hours waiting and had no choice but to book a hotel for the night with our infant.What was even more disappointing was how management handled the situation afterward. We called multiple times, left additional voicemails, and sent follow-up emails about our experience. They never responded, never apologized, and never acknowledged what happened. It wasn't just the lack of compensation—it was the complete lack of communication and accountability.A beautiful condo is only part of a great vacation rental. Reliable management is just as important, especially when something goes wrong. If everything goes smoothly, you'll probably enjoy your stay. But if you run into an issue, don't expect timely support or any follow-up. There are plenty of equally beautiful places to stay with management that actually cares about its guests.
