You are invited to relax and unwind at Alberi at Eden, Alstonville overlooking the lush greenery and rolling hills of the Ballina/Alstonville hinterland. This stunning self-contained studio offers comfort, tranquility and convenience during your break away or as a resting place to discover this beautiful part of the NSW North Coast.

THE SPACE:
A quiet rural aspect welcomes you before you enter the modern and beautifully furnished studio. The studio offers peace and quiet without compromising on comfort. Amenities include new appliances in laundry and kitchen. A Queen size Bed. Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth Speaker are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:
The studio is self-contained and private with its own entrance. Undercover parking is provided and stairs lead you up to the studio. The stairs and path are well lit at night. An Infinity edge salt water pool, which is adjacent to the main residence, is available for you to enjoy and your privacy will be assured.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. There are pamphlets and tourist booklets located in the studio. However, we will be happy to provide advice and assistance as required.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Continental breakfast supplies will be left in the studio should you wish to make your own breakfast. There is no public transport so your own vehicle is essential however Uber and taxi services can be accessed if required.

Why they chose this property

Alberi at Eden was chosen for the name of the studio as the word Alberi translates to 'trees' in Italian and there is certainly an abundance of these surrounding the property.
Once you enter the studio you can immediately feel peace and tranquility. The studio is quiet and private enabling you to relax and unwind.
Although the studio is located at the rear of the main residence, you will have your own entrance therefore you can come and go as you please.
You may choose to appreciate the views which consist of a lush green valley with glimpses of ocean, relax by the pool or read a good selection of books and magazines. You may want to explore the region and there are a great number of pamphlets available in the studio for your perusal and consideration. Your host will always be available to make suggestions and assist you with your planning.

What makes this property unique

The studio and surroundings lends itself to the peace and quiet of the area. Located at the end of road, there is no through traffic. The views are amazing and soothing. You may wish to bring a yoga mat or meditate as many of my previous guests have done. They left the studio after their stay feeling relaxed and invigorated.
