Beautiful country setting minutes away from Mizzou and Katy trail access!

The Ginkgo House offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of space to relax.

In this approximately 2500 square ft home, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are suites, and the smallest of the 4 bedrooms is set up as an office. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living space, dining area, and basement recreation area with a pool table and dart board. The huge outdoor space has a covered front porch, side deck and large back patio with gas barbeque and plenty of room for yard games. There are two parking areas so if you have a large vehicle or an RV feel free to bring it along.

You'll enjoy the beautiful country setting down a gravel road, while still having easy access to everything you need. You'll be just minutes away from I-70, grocery stores, restaurants, and Mizzou! And don't forget your bikes or walking shoes! Access to the Katy trail is close by.

We prefer to connect with guests first and don’t offer instant booking. We want our unique country home to match or exceed your expectations! There is no fenced in yard, but if you have a pet, please contact me directly for possible approval.

Very nice house. Especially enjoyed the basement with the pool table. The location and setting in the country, but close to town, was great. We appreciated the nice touch with the goody basket. Grandkids especially loved the hot chocolate. Definitely we will try to get back again for another visit.

We have lived in Columbia for more than 25 years. We originally moved here to be closer to family and to help my husband's parents, who hoped to remain on their farm for as long as possible. We have truly enjoyed our time in Columbia, raising our two children here, and are now empty nesters. We recently built a new home on the same property, and the Ginkgo house we are now offering for others to enjoy was our family home.

What makes this property unique

The Ginkgo house is in a country/farm setting yet a short drive to everything you need. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor spaces are the perfect place to enjoy hanging out with your family and friends or simply bird watching or relaxing. It's very close to the trails and Columbia's famous "Big Tree".
