Beautiful 3 bedroom home conveniently located minutes from Mizzou Stadium, Columbia Mall and downtown Columbia.

Each bedroom is furnished with super comfortable queen beds, bed linens & extra blankets. There are two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom has a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have hand-held shower heads.

Amenities include full size deck, spacious back yard with a charcoal bbq grill. Full size washer & dryer, laundry detergent, various pots & pans & cooking utensils, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, coffee, tea & pantry items. There’s also a new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and a confection range and microwave.

TV channels include HBOMax, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus & Peacock! There’s also a copy machine available for your use.

Comfortable stay in a nice home

We were in town for the state basketball final four. The home was a perfect setup for my family and my parents who also came. It was a comfortable place to relax.

Quiet neighborhood

Location was close to campus, neighborhood was quiet and house was perfect for our stay. Had all the amenities you could need. Host was very friendly and communication was quick. Will def stay here again when we visit MIZ!

Baseball weekend

Perfect location in Columbia. We came in for the LSU vs Mizzou baseball games this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dinah was an awesome host and communicated great with us. The house has everything you need, comfy bed, clean and convenient location! Next time we’re in this area we will stay here again.

This property worked for us. I am not leaving a bad review just a little confused. (It’s very possible that I am a little out of the loop on protocol of a VRBO rental)The beds were great, it was a good location, kitchen had whatever you would need. To use which was very helpful.

Outstanding Location Outstanding Communication

Host is very conscientious was concerned ice maker was on the fritz and ensured there was a bag of ice in fridge for our stay. Highly communicative prior to arrival, during stay and upon departure. Great property in quite neighborhood 12 minutes from campus. The only couple of things I would say could have been better would be at least 1 King size bed. That said, the Queens were outstanding. the master bedroom should have blinds as its like waking up on the sun. Perhaps they were there but we did not notice. Dinah and her home was a terrific Mizzou stay 10/10 would stay again!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This property was not only well-kept, spacious and in a great neighborhood close to the Mizzou Arena, Dinah was more than we could ask for! This was our very first time w/ VRBO. Admittedly, I was nervous. Dinah was gracious, helpful and hospitable from my first inquiry! It was like we were staying at a family member's home that just happened to be out of town. It was the best experience we could have hoped for, not to mention so economical considering the time frame we were there for the State Wrestling Tournament. We are so thankful we came across her listing!

A Nice House in a Quiet Setting

This house is on the outskirts of Columbia but near the highway (I-70) so it provides quick access to downtown (10 minutes) and shopping at a large mall (on the other side of I-70). It is in a quiet residential area. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage where we kept our bicycles. There is access to several bike paths nearby but we mostly used the car to ferry bicycles to the paths because of the steep hills around the house. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated the supply of condiments (spices, cooking oil, etc.) that we were free to use. The house was very comfortable for two couples.

Great house and location! Very responsive owner!

Our family stayed here for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday to attend a family gathering. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We needed to make some dishes for a potluck and it was easy to do in this kitchen which had bowls, measuring utensils, appliances, etc. It was nice to have the coffee maker and toaster in the mornings. The house is as pictured, well furnished and comfortable. It has a nice deck with patio table and BBQ although we did not use it for this stay. Located in a nice neighborhood, close to I70, a shopping mall on the other side of I70 and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Dinah was great to work with and made it easy to get into and leave the house. She responds quickly to messages and even offered to let us stay a couple of days longer when it appeared bad weather may make our travel home challenging. We will definitely stay here again when in the Columbia area.

Nice house, great big deck and yard, bedrooms and bathrooms were very good, pantry and refrigerator were stocked if you like that, location was subdivision off the beaten path so may not be everyone’s cup of tea.
