Our home comfortable fits 16 people. Relax and enjoy a brand new home with brand new furniture, an open floor plan with 6 spacious and cozy bedrooms including a mix of bunk beds, queen, king, and twin beds. With amenities like treadmill and freestanding electric fireplace inside the bedroom with the king bed, guests will feel right at home. The 3.5 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials you need. We hope you enjoy what our place and Santa Ana has to offer.

Ricky was an amazing host available at all hours day and night for any kind of request or inquiry. We had a large crew who needed to be near our job site and having a full garage available was instrumental. Even before we arrived, Ricky made sure we had all the information necessary to make our stay amazing.

The house was great .. a little weird they could only provide 1 roll of paper towels . We needed up buying. Small pack from the local store . Over all the house was a great fit for us and will save it for future bookings .

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything we needed except for one item as crazy as it may sound ice trays to be able to make ice would've been nice. We wanted to fill our water bottles to head to Disneyland, and there were no ice in the refrigerator we understood why the ice might've been disconnected but could have been some trays to make our own. The only other issue we had was a 7 AM wake up call to the landscapers mowing the lawn overall we enjoyed our stay and would use the house again if we ever came back to Disneyland thank you so much.

The property that the house sits on has a second house that consumes the entire backyard making this house less family friendly and that was not mentioned in the listing. I was not informed about it until well after the booking. We were expected to share the driveway with the tenants of the second house and there is little to no parking available on the street. The added room/office has a fish tank that is extremely dirty and created an unpleasant smell throughout that room and into the kitchen. However, everything else that is offered at the house was very pleasant.

The house had ample space and was clean. We had an issue with the fire alarm the first night and reached out to the host. He was responsive and came over quickly to examine the problem. Unfortunately when he arrived, we could not duplicate the issue. The house appeared to be recently updated and renovated so it was very nice. No complaints there. We had some issues with the stove, central heat and dryer. None would heat up properly. We did not discover this until the tail end of our stay so the host wasn’t able to address it while we were there. Should these items get corrected, we would absolutely stay there again.

This house was perfect for all of our needs! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with just about anything you would need. They have plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group as well as larger pots and pans for prep. The back room was fantastic for letting one part of the group be loud and noisy while others could talk in the living room. The 3 1/2 bathrooms were large and so nice to have with our large group. There is quite a bit of parking but you might have to do some thinking and planning about who needs to get out and when. Also, DONOT park on the street on Friday morning between 8 and noon. You will get a 75 ticket. Any other time the street is fair game.

We had a big party and this place took care of all of us plus room to spare. Parking was great and the host communicated great with us. Very clean and for us there were plenty of bathrooms. Close to Disneyland which was why we went.
