Escape to the high country with your whole family- up to 14 - and enjoy the beauty of Beech Mountain in this inviting mountain retreat. Stay above it all - this family friendly home sits at 4,400 feet, with fresh mountain air, sweeping million-dollar views, and year-round adventure right at your doorstep.

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $150 Per Pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

Unwind in the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace or step out onto the expansive deck and enjoy a dip in the hot tub, have an al fresco dinner under the stars, or take a moment for yourself and enjoy the breathtaking multi-state view (Hello Tennessee)! The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes easy and the dining table for 10 with extra seating means everyone can enjoy meals together.

Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with soft bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of enjoying nature. Downstairs, the game room is a favorite hangout spot featuring a shuffleboard and foosball tables, infinity boardgame table pinball machine and 85-inch smart TV. For our youngest adventurers, there is a tucked-away enchanted spot just for them - the perfect hideout to spark imagination and give them a space of their own. If working remotely - we have a desk and monitor for easy connection.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We require AWD/4-wheel drive vehicle (and chains) when visiting during winter due to the unpredictable nature of the season. Certain section of roads leading to the home are unpaved and not managed by the city to be paved. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.

PET POLICY: Violation of our pet policy may result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). Disclosure of Service Animals is required. Undisclosed or Unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $300 fine per pet. If there are any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled and will be asked to leave. No refund will be given under any circumstances, and you will also be fined ($300 fine per pet). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) ARE NOT considered Service Animals and while ESAs are primarily for emotional support, Service Animals are specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks and must remain with their owner at all times. SAs (Service Animals) are protected under the American Disability Act (ADA).

VEHICHLES AND EXTRA GUESTS - No more than four (4) cars are allowed at any given time and no unauthorized guests who are not part of the documented reservations are allowed without prior approval.

WILDLIFE: Guests may occasionally spot local wildlife while enjoying the property, which is part of the natural beauty of the area. Wildlife sightings are unpredictable, and guests assume all responsibility for their safety while outdoors. The host is not liable for any interactions with wildlife.
