Inside, enjoy a few vintage international instruments, strum a few chords on the house guitar, or simply unwind with a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen where conversation and creativity fuse. Also, for your comfort, you get to park in the 1 car garage if yours is not too wide.
Outside, on the private patio, enjoy a morning coffee among lush greenery in a fully Fenced-in garden.
10 minutes to the nearest Bradenton Beach where you can walk on sand along one of the most beautiful 19- mile- long stretch of paradise from the tip of Ana Maria Island to the Longboat Pass.

The primary bedroom has electric reclining king bed. The new kitchen has all new appliances such as air fryer, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, Instant Pot, frying wok... You will also find most of the basic spices for your family meals.

There are 4 large TVs in the house
A Bluetooth speaker and mic will give your amateur singer friends a good time. A full size classic pool table and a Racing- car Arcade will give everyone something to play.
Additionally, we provide beach gears, 2 bicycles, fishing poles, and a rolling cart.

The host is absolutely amazing! Very responsive and willing to help with whatever is needed. Also took an interest in our grandson that was here for baseball and asked how his games went, etc. (that meant a lot to me)As far as the house, it was spotless (and I’m pretty picky) She had everything very well stocked (more than any place we’ve ever stayed) The kitchen had every small appliance imaginable as well as dishes, utensils, etc. As you can tell I was extremely impressed and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

My family and I stayed here for a spring trip. The house was very clean and close enough to everything we wanted to do. The host was very quick to respond and handle any issues that came up. We would stay here again.
