We rented the property for 4, ended up with 6 staying and we were very comfortable. Great location to Anna Maria Island, nice size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very clean home and nicely decorated.

The home had all the amenities we needed to make for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great for walking and downtown Bradenton was very close.

Spring Training Stay

Great location and great space. We were able to grill out on the awesome patio and there was plenty of room in the house. The TV is huge! Thanks for the great stay!

Great Stay

Very comfortable, well equipped home. Nice deck with gazebo for sheltered seating as well as lounge chairs in full sun. Convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely return if in the area.

Enjoyed My Stay

Roomy, clean, and good location as described/shown in the photos. Could have used a sharp knife in the kitchen, and there was an ice maker in the fridge, but it wasn't connected to water and there were no ice trays. Host response/communication was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Spring training home base

Overall, great experience. I stayed with two older siblings to attend spring training games at Lecom Park and nearby stadiums. We were able to walk to Lecom, and services like grocery stores were close by. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for us. Good layout, good kitchen, beds were fine. Communication was very good with owner. Would highly recommend.

Convenient and Comfy

It was the perfect location for us and a very comfy house. We had my service dog with me and the fenced in yard gave her the chance to be off leash and able to run. The bed was very comfortable, the living room had comfy chair/couch, kitchen worked well for us. We were glad there was a washer and dryer that worked well. The only drawback was the box for cable TV didn't work. The call service tried to help but the box needed replacing. That did not occur while we were there. The other TV features such as Netflix did work.
