Very clean, cozy and well thought out layout, everything you can think of is provided. Very nice new neighborhood and quiet. Sites to see our not far off. We both very pleased with the host and the ease of the stay. We highly recommend a stay here.

Very private even though it is attached to a single family home. Separate driveway and entrance. Neat and clean inside and out. Quiet, new neighborhood.The most impressive thing about this studio is that it is fully equipped. Kitchen, laundry, bath, living areas all are like being in someone's home. Tongs, q tips, towels, appliances, even condiments are right where you would expect if you were expecting them to be there. The host is clearly experienced and thoughtful! Lots of area/tourist information provided.*Note that the bed is against the wall on one side which can be tricky.Cool property!

My host Amy was very prompt in answering any questions I had as a first time renter in the area. The efficiency flat was quite neat, clean, and comfortable. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bath. There were all the dishes and utensils to cook full meals if you need. And, it has a coffee preparation area, that was impressive. although I’m not a coffee drinker. A bag of Peet’s coffee was even in the fridge. All told it was a very reasonable priced accommodation in the area where I needed to be at the time. One warning about its location….my car’s route guidance told me I had reached my location when I was in front of a house numbered 1297 and no 1301 in sight. I knocked on the door, and was told it was around a corner in a court, rather than the street of the same name. Just remember it is “Court”, not “Street”!

The flat was spotless and had everything I needed. It’s very close to the Hammond Trail which made for some gorgeous walks. The host was very pleasant and responsive.
