Storybook Cottage on FLX wine trail: fireplace & starry skies
Come enjoy a unique 1887 carriage house on 15 acres of meadow ~ situated just minutes from Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and an easy drive to the quaint villages of Watkins Glen (15mins), Trumansburg (15 mins), Ithaca (30mins), & so much more. Experience Lake Life, Gorges, Wineries, Breweries & Artisanal restaurants. Or stay put to enjoy our swimming pond, wildflower meadow trails or star gaze around the fire pit.

Hector is quiet, with a sky full of stars at night and gorgeous nature by day. It is close to both Seneca and Cayuga Wine trails, Watkins Glen State Park, Watkins Glen International racetrack, the world famous Corning Glass Museum, and dozens of wineries, cafes, and brew pubs. We hope you enjoy escaping to, relaxing, and exploring this unique and peaceful place as much as we do!
Carriage House guests have access to the main house with fire pit & picnic table, and share access to 15 acres of meadow & wildlife ponds.
Carriage House:

A unique 1887 reconstructed carriage house sleeps 2 with a bedroom with a/c and high quality memory foam mattresses, All-Clad cookware, shuffleboard and games to enjoy around the gas fireplace.
* Great room: Gas fireplace, Chesterfield sofa and club chairs, Smart TV, games cabinet
* Kitchen: Full kitchen, Gas stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea station, All-Clad Stainless cookware - everything you need to enjoy meals with friends
* Bedroom 1: Second floor, King Suite with ensuite bathroom
(NOTE, if first floor bedroom is preferred there is a King bedroom that is available instead of the primary suite on the second floor)
* Bathroom 1: Second floor, ensuite to Bedroom 1. Walk-in shower
* Bathroom 2: First floor, full bathroom with tub and shower.
Outdoor Recreation:
