NO smoking OR Vaping policy- not even on the balcony. NO pets. HOA strictly enforces this. NO parties or events. Property monitored by on-site COA. Violation of rules may result in $250 occupant fee. Parking pass is included and is provided at check-in. Please park in the designated parking spots only. Max 2 cars.
