Nice property! Photos are authentic to what you'll experience. Owner is communicative and detailed. Home is cooled with AC window units. AC was not turned on upon arrival and it was unbearably hot! Upon contacting owner, she apologized for not having AC on upon my arrival. After a few hours, the home cooled wonderfully. No other issues or concerns.
