I chose Clearbrook for its charm, seclusion and proximity to Loon. We appreciate the tranquility and spacing of each townhouse, the fact that there's never traffic between our neighborhood and Loon, and we LOVE the views!

Birch Creek is perfect for two families who have an appreciation for comfort, quality and modern amenities.
