Couldn't ask for a more beautiful, more 'Hawaiian' home away from home! The central location in Wailua is perfect for excursions to either the South or North shores. Perfect in our book!

Lae Nani is in a perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace. Our unit was well appointed with cooking utensils and very clean. We look forward to spending another week next year!

I loved this rental. This property met our needs . The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen well supplied. I would book this location again. A couple of things worth mentioning. The a/c in bedroom doesn't meet the needs in the living room/dining area. This area of the house was uncomfortable even with blinds closed. The pedestrian gate code mechanism sporadically worked.Germara (front office) was extrememly helpful when checking in and throughout the trip. The late night security guy was helpful in dealing with the pedestrian gate. We met Bernadette the day before leaving and she was a delight. Gave me some pointers on last day duties.There appears to be a homeless person living in their car across the street from entrance of property. Small white sedan with person inside vehicle the entire visit. That was a bit creepy. Overall, we enjoyed this property very much and would consider renting again when visiting this island. Thank you Peter

We absolutely loved the location of this unit and would definitely stay here again! The views were incredible, and it was the perfect place to relax.The only thing we wished the unit had was a washer and dryer.There was a mix-up with our check-in date, so the room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. We contacted Bernadette, and she responded immediately. While we sat on the patio enjoying the beautiful view, she promptly came over and had the room cleaned for us.Communication throughout our stay was excellent. Bernadette is truly the person to contact if you need anything—she was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

Kauai Vacation

Beautiful first floor condo with a pool side view shown in the pictures below. The additional half bath and air conditioning in the bedroom were nice additions. We had an enjoyable stay!

Lovely stay in Kauai

Great location, property was sparkling clean and recently renovated. Steps to the beach and pool. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Convenient to Kapaa, also north and south shore activities.
