New listing and availability just opened for this brand newly remodeled, stunning studio condo!

Our condo is perfect for a honeymoon stay or romantic getaway with a gorgeous garden view and air conditioning! The condo features a king bed, small dining table and chairs with additional seating and table on the lanai. The bathroom divided between the sink and the toilet/shower area. The kitchen features a refrigerator, cook top, stove, sink and many useful small kitchen appliances, like a coffee maker, so you can prepare your own meals if you wish.

The condo grounds features a lovely onsite pool, BBQ area and gorgeous gardens with a koi pond.

The location of the condo is perfect for morning walks to Lawai Beach, Baby Beach or The Spouting Horn. Just a couple minute drive or a 10 minute walk and you will be at the Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center with boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries, plus a Wednesday's Farmers Market. A drug store and small supermarket are also nearby.

Another fun spot near the condo is Old Koloa Town, which is just a short 5 minute drive. Quaint, old plantation buildings have been carefully renovated and restored and are now home to unique shops and restaurants.

If golf is more your idea of fun, there are two golf courses very close by. Choose between the Kiahuna Golf Club and the Poipu Bay Golf Course.

Everything was amazing and even better than what we expected! The location is perfect, with restaurants, shops, grocery, and beaches very close by. The unit was clean and very spacious. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is breathtaking with the vegetation and mini waterfalls! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Condo!

The place worked out perfectly for us. It was recently remodeled and the location was very close to local beaches and restaurants. The included beach supplies were great to have as well.

Unit was clean, instructions for finding the unit and parking were easy to follow. Place provided 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and 2 coolers, all super helpful for our trip. Electric stove top with pans, utensils, some spices and coffee filters, no coffee. Air conditioning was great, didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and was close by. Only thing was laundry was on-site, not in unit, and they only take coins and close at 8pm. They no longer sell laundry detergent out of vending machines. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was right across from Lawai beach for great snorkeling and views.

Amazing couples retreat!

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I while celebrating his birthday. Location was awesome - right across the street from a small beach with excellent snorkeling! Very short drive to several other excellent beaches and hiking locations. The condo was incredibly comfortable for the two of us. Loved the full kitchen for cooking meals in. Parking was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for us to stay on a spring break teacher escape. Everything is as shown and described in the listing, the condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for beach visits and cooking meals.Great location, great value … this is where we will return.

We loved our stay!! The place was so nice and new and well taken care of. Everything was so clean, which is very important to me, and I can be hard to please with this. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was so nice! We didn’t use the pool but it’s cool to have if we wanted. It’s across the street from great snorkeling. We love staying at Prince Kuhio- we stayed at another of the condos here last year that we also liked but were happier with this one! Not as essential, but I did love all the decor and furniture— it just looked so well thought out. The literal only down side of staying at prince kuhio in general is that parking can be annoying. They are small spots and we have pretty consistently seen some ridiculous parking outside the lines, or even in the middle of two spots, so we have been in a bind before when we came back later in the evening and all the spots that were still usable were taken (due to inconsiderate people parking). We learned our lesson and always tried to be back at the place before it got late for this reason. We used Doug from the poipu shuttle a couple times to/from dinner instead.

Wonderful getaway

The place we stayed at was very clean, all the furnishings were brand new and it was a very short walking distance away from a beautiful beach and a short drive away from Poipu beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay at Prince Kuhio

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this beachside condo in Kauai was an absolute dream! The unit was spotless, with every supply we could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to beach gear – making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The units location was perfectly private, offering the serene getaway we hoped for. We had a wonderful time exploring the island’s beauty. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, birds and enjoying our morning coffee with those lovely tradewinds was unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a peaceful and well-prepared escape in paradise!

Comfortable Remodeled Condo in Tuck Away Place

We really enjoyed this condo with very friendly local residents and a clean small swimming pool. The unit was recently remodeled and is exceptionally nice. The kitchen is well stocked and we made a couple of meals.The condo is opposite Lawai Beach which is small and fun. It is an easy walk to the small mall with food and clothing. It is in the quieter part of town and very close to the wonderful Allerton Botanical Gardens and the Spouting Horn viewpoint.Parking can be a bit tight due to the small number of spaces. We were on foot and mostly enjoyed the experience although some of the roads do not have sidewalks which meant walking at night was a bit more challenging.Overall, the listing is accurate and the condo is lovely.

The space was really nice with everything you’d need. Great kitchen setup with great kitchenwear and appliances. Made eating in really easy. Close to the beaches and the chairs and umbrella were so nice to have. Wonderful spot for two people.

Fabulous Studio

Perfect Location, clean unit & well stocked kitchen!

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th Anniversary. The studio apt was Perfect! Had fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, & ice chest. Was quiet, and great patio with beautiful view of flowering trees. Walked across street to one of the best restaurants and one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Near shopping center too that had Farmers Mkt. Will definitely stay there again!

Great stay

The condo is totally adorable with a kitchen that rivals a full sized apartment. The unit is exactly as advertised and the location was perfect for us. It is quiet and very peaceful. We were across the street from a great little beach and lucky to be there to see a boogie board competition. I would highly recommend the Sueoka market in Koloa for groceries. It is within a 5 minute drive and has a nice selection for most anything you may need at reasonable prices. Also, the town has some great shops and eateries. Then there are the shops at Kukuiula with some fine dining options and more upscale shopping. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Prince Kuhio#236.

Clean, well stocked awesome place for 2!

This condo is excellent - new inside and very clean. Has almost everything you’ll need. I’ll provide the review I wish I read before coming here: first, definitely park in the garage as close to the building as you can. We walked around with armfuls of things for way too long before we could determine where exactly the location was. Take the path to the left and up the stairs and it’s right there on the corner. Also, maybe we are slow but we didn’t realize the keypad with code was INSIDE the “screen” door so we pecked away at the key lock box out side the door for an embarrassingly long time. Condo is amazingly well stocked - the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. There are two beach chairs, two coolers, an umbrella, plenty of TP, napkins, paper towels, Clorox wipes, ziplock bags of all sizes, tin foil… basically every single thing you’d ever want or need is there. The one thing they don’t provide is beach towels. So bring your own of those. There is also shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We left some sunscreen under the bathroom sink. The view isn’t to die for but that was not a big deal to us. This condo is the furthest from the street you can get. The bed is pretty comfy but the pillows were way too soft for us. That is just preference thing. Also coffee maker is drip, filters provided so bring your own ground coffee from a local market. They also have a vacuum, broom, cleaning products, etc. awesome place just made better with a few tweaks you should know before! 9.5/10

We loved our stay at the Prince Kuhio condo. This unit is newly remodeled and is beautiful inside. The a/c works great and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great (walking distance from The Shops at Kukui'ula), convenient to many great restaurants (we recommend the Eating House and Lapperts Ice Cream), Poipu Beach (down the road) and Lawai Beach (also walking distance). We also enjoyed the nice pool.
