House built in 2024. This is a private 2 queen beds, 1 bath on the spacious living area lower floor. House w/ A/C near airport.

This is a private 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen on the spacious living area of the lower floor.

All rooms have lock and physical key.

Free parking on premises during our stay...plenty of parking on-site. Parking pad or gravel space.

Can arrange time for dropping off BELONGINGS before check-in!

***Extended parking available for a small fee.

Close to SeaTac airport, Southcenter Shopping Mall with lots of Restaurants, Museum of Flight, Downtown (~20min), Space Needle, and plenty of parking.

Please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything I can accommodate for a more comfortable stay.

Level lI EV 4 prongs 240V charging outlet is available "FREE". Please bring your own charging cable.

A cleaning fee will be enforced if house’s rules are not followed.

Sofa air mattress setup upon request for a fee.

A $20 key fee for lost key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have very limited cooking supplies so cooking a gourmet meal maybe challenging. Ready food is recommended (uber eats…).
Please place key on the door key hole leverage. Thank you so much!!! $20 to remake key.
Please kindly remove shoes inside the house as we want to keep the house clean for other guests and you. Thank you.

The apartment is clean. We encountered a problem that the listing lists 3 beds (2 beds sofa bed), however, since we were only traveling with 4 guests, the host did not provide linens for the sofa bed. In our case, we were traveling with our daughter and my uncle who were not going to share a bed. In addition, the host contacted us prior to arriving to let us know that the kitchen outfitting is sparse (only 1 pot and 1 pan) and recommended that we only make sandwiches or do takeout food.

You didn’t not inform that you need a sofa bed for your daughter that doesn’t want to sleep with your uncle. We also informed you when booking that we have limited cookwares and onky allows limited cooking. Please allow us an opportunity to make things next time and clarify your needs prior arrival.
