WHAT TO EXPECT:
✦ The home is close to neighbors. Sound travels far, please be respectful of your noise levels at all times throughout the day and especially during quiet hours so our neighbors can enjoy the peaceful area they live in. Abiding by the quiet hours is a must
✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge and possible removal from the property.
✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments
✦ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles, close and latch outdoor trash bins, and keep an eye on any pets you may have with you.
✦ Our homes are in the mountains, so despite regular pest control, you may see mice, spiders, or lizards—especially if doors are left open, even briefly.
✦ The home layout is unique and you will need to travel through some bedrooms to get to others and some of them don't have doors.

PERSONAL AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
A keypad is located on the front door of the home. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor space includes outdoor seating.

PARKING:
Parking is available with a maximum of 6 vehicles in the driveway.

INTERNET:
We have Vyve Broadband that should allow you to access the internet from anywhere inside the home.
