This custom family home is now the perfect place to enjoy anytime by guests who wish to relax & enjoy the Great Outdoors! This home comes with a private Member’s only Marina, boat launch, dock, & FREE private boat slip.

The Main level bedroom has queen bed w/ full hallway bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms 1 w/ king bed, Futon & a private balcony the other bedroom has 2 queen beds. The fourth floor is a loft W/ 4 twin beds. The 5th bedroom with with queen bed & separate entrance has a shuffle board table, TV & plenty of board games & lake toys to share.

Situated in a quiet residential community, completely surrounded by nature, this house will quickly become your favorite destination. Admire sparkling lake views, or enjoy your private marina with concrete boat launch ramp plenty of day use area to swim and play.



Step inside the home to find the perfect entertainment space with an open-concept living area, dining room & kitchen, all beautifully decorated & illuminated by natural sunlight.
With large flat-screen cable HD TV & comfortable sofas, the living area is the perfect spot to lounge around during your downtime. Adjacent to the living area, the chef of the group can carry on a conversation with you while they prepare a tasty meal in the kitchen. The kitchen offers granite countertops & is fully equipped with the essentials, appliances, dishware & cookware so you can prepare your favorite recipes.
Then gather around the charming dining table to enjoy your meals along with friendly conversation with the whole group. Additional seating if needed is available at the 4- person breakfast bar right beside the dining table.

With many decks grab a prime spot to sip your morning coffee in solitude while admiring the surrounding lake & natural views.

A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. Dishwasher pods and dish soap will be provided.
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Split Heat/Air conditioning in each room for customized comfort, leather couches in the living area, spacious decks with patio furniture, Three flat-screen HD TVs, gas grill, free WiFi, in-unit laundry machines. (note: central heating & cooling is not available however each level has individual Heat & air options for customizable comfort) (fridge does not have the water & Ice hooked up)
-Note: There is a ring recording security camera located by the front door that will be on during your stay (ring Doorbell) When you reserve, you acknowledge & approve of this audio/video recording camera.
