Lakefront Strawberry Haus sleeps 10-12 with two on a futon and 2 on a sofa bed, providing the ultimate family getaway. The cozy interior offers a perfect balance of comfort and amenities, providing endless entertainment options. The covered deck and hot tub offer direct, protected access to the lakeside dock, which is equipped with kayaks and a paddleboat. The game room features amenities such as a 420 game video console, a shuffleboard/bowling table, toys, books, and a variety of board and card games to entertain your group for hours. Pretty Lake offers stunning views of the waterfront and is renowned for its excellent fishing (catch-and-release), as well as its diverse wildlife, including loons, ducks, geese, and soaring eagles. The outdoor hot tub offers an excellent spot to unwind and take in the beautiful view. The upper-level deck features a gas grill and seating for six, along with an additional lounge area adjacent to the dining table. The waterside dock allows guests to bring their own personal watercraft. Beach games, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and a 4-person pedal boat offer extensive outdoor and beachfront activities.

We are Tony and Kim Ferrante. We live in Lake Orion, MI. We are both military Veterans, serving as musicians in the Army and Marine Corps band. Kim serves as the Commander for the Michigan National Guard band and on the civilian side, she owns a canvas fabrication business in Lake Orion, MI. Tony works for Stellantis as a NHTSA investigation lead. We have an Australian Labradoodle named Rolo. We enjoy traveling and meeting new people like YOU!
Why they chose this property
We love central/northern Michigan. Kim grew up in this area and after spending years in the military and traveling across the country for work, we both decided that there's "no place like home." Kim grew up in Big Rapids and brought Tony to BR to study at Ferris State University. The rest is history!

Kim is an Interior Designer, completing her BFA at Kendall College of Art and Design. Design is her passion and she loves to create spaces that impact other people's experiences. She prioritizes high-end luxury and quality furnishings, proven by her years of employment as a high-end designer in Honolulu, HI with Long & Associates, LLC.
