Safeway and other stores and some restaurants are only 5 min drive. Enjoy the backyard on this amazing home with 3-bedrooms, 3.5 baths. The heated pool is one of the amenities to enjoy or have your wine at the table with firepit....Have your coffee on the covered patio, watching the morning news on the new 65" TV on the new patio furniture. The 3176-square-foot space features high ceilings and an open floor plan... You will find that there is a king-size bed suite for the Primary and two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds. With four bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience. Cooks' dream kitchen opens to the living room for ease of conversations and looks out the 16' sliders to the spacious patio and watch the fountains on the pool or enjoy the lighted up pool at night. No pets allowed due to my husband's allergies.The home went through an extensive cleaning that costed $1800.00 this will be your fine if you bring one

No smoking allowed, and if it is determined that smoking took place in the house, there will be a $2,500.00 fine to the guest and cancellation of stay

Difficulty communicating with host - host was on a cruise. Electronic lock broke and we were locked out of the house on the last day of our stay and unable to reach the host to get into the house. Host solicited us via personal cell phone for extra cleaning money despite us doing laundry and cleaning up prior to leaving.

Yes we paid cleaners double ($550) as after 7 hours they called in tears that they would need to come back for another 2-3 hours… they do STR all the time and never saw this kind of mess… pretty much limited to bathrooms and kitchen… pictures are disturbing but yes we have before and after.. so sorry you were locked out for 35 mins, battery died as someone played with locking & unlocking earlier in the day (56 times) must have been a child… I knew when your husband called and left foul language on my voicemail that he was pissed after not reaching me for 15 mins I did have a great cruise communicating with you daily… there was a time you couldn’t reach me but only 15 mins when you called and code worked to lockbox , you guys locked yourselves out of garage…your idea of clean is not my idea of clean…

We have visited Estrella Mountain in Goodyear, AZ and loved the Vibe so much that I started looking for a place. Once I saw this property, I knew I wouldn't find another as wonderful as this, so we bought it... Hoping others will take care of it as if it was theirs and come back often!

What makes this property unique

Everything is New, and I don't nickel and dime people.... No worn-out carpet, no worn-out towels, no mismatch stuff... You feel like someone cares for the ultimate vacation!
