Parking: Use the driveway for any overnight parking. driveway can fit 4 to 6 cars.
Smoking & Pets: No smoking inside; pets only with prior approval.
Cleanliness: Please leave the home in a reasonable condition; trash must be bagged and taken out, and dishes loaded in the dishwasher.
