Nestled within five beautifully fenced and gated acres. Secluded and surrounded by a serene year-round running creek with swimming holes and mature oak trees offering ample shade and tranquility. Near to the lovely, quaint and historical mining towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City. These cute little downtowns boast several unique boutique shops, local wine tasting, theaters, festivals and more. We are also near to the Yuba River, Lake Englebright, Scotts Flat Lake and hiking trails.

Consider this you're home away from home while you visit Penn Valley and surrounding areas. This charming spot features two cozy Whiteduck tents. One large 20ft bell tent with a Tempur-pedic king bed plus two Kilos Gear AeroCloud camp sleeping mats and another Scout tent with four memory foam sleeping pads. Perfect for a small group or family. With an indoor restroom area plus outdoor dry flush toilet and hot shower/changing room stall area, guests can enjoy added convenience during their stay. The peaceful surroundings invite you to relax and unwind, while the cool evenings are made comfortable with firepits and electric fireplace heating inside the main tent. Whether you’re here to explore or simply recharge, this site offers a welcoming retreat.

You'll also find everything you need for a camp cookout! Camp stove w/butane can, Ninja electric BBQ, several cooking supplies, cookware, serve ware, cold/hot water dispenser, Keureg w/pods, coffee creamer and a Stanley all-in-one camp french press.

Additional conveniences include card and board games, bluetooth speakers, solar lighting all around property, various seating options, cornhole, a beach area equipped with seasonal paddle boards, kayaks, water floats, cooler for drinks and food, water shoes, natural bug sprays, sunscreen.

For guests camping with furry companions there are doggie beds in the tent and around the property. We also offer doggie life jackets in various sizes, doggie shampoo, treats, and water toys.
