4/ 5 bedrooms, a 3 way bathroom, with bath & large shower, large fridge, with every mod con available, tvs in 3 bedrooms
Licensed to sleep 6 adults and 4 children
Free parking, close to Fremantle, cappuccino strip, walking distance to bus stop

There is a security camera by the front door. Definitely no parties, smoking or drugs. Only paying guests allowed , strictly no visitors

No glassware in pool area, plastic glasses provided. Guests use pool at their own risk Only paying guests are allowed in the house
No burning of candles or incense inside or outside, no drugs or vapes. No loud music or disruptive behaviour, police will be called.
Groups of young adults must be over 25yrs, ID will be requested prior to check-in No parking on front verge paved area, a $250 fine will apply
