The Space:

With 4,200 square feet of indoor living space, our home is designed for large gatherings, in-home dining, backyard privacy, and is a short 4-minute stroll to the Emerald Coast beaches we all love. 4 bikes included! 1 hypoallergenic dog allowed with added pet fee and pet addendum.

Kokomo Cove is our quiet street, although there may be construction activity as our neighbors update their homes.



Getting Around:

4 minute walk to beach, beach wagon and gear provided. Great home to rent a golf cart and drive Scenic Gulf Drive. Many nearby restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

The pool and spa may be heated for an added daily fee based on your entire stay, no partial heat periods. Limited accidental damage protection is included in your booking. Before arrival, guests must complete/pass PMI Destin-30A's pre-check-in and digitally sign the Host's rental agreement.
