Experience Essaouira in this independent 4-level tower-style home (24 sqm per floor) in the heart of the Old Medina. This architectural gem offers a unique vertical living experience.
Layout:
Ground Floor: Full bathroom conveniently located right at the entrance.
1st Floor: Master bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
2nd Floor: Bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed with a ladder.
3rd Floor: Fully equipped kitchen (stove, mini-fridge, washing machine) and a second full bathroom for added convenience.
4th Floor (Rooftop): Sunny terrace with a dining table, 4 chairs, and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
Amenities:
Smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite channels.
Washing machine and all essential cookware including a panini grill and blender.
Note: As a traditional tower house, all levels are accessed via stairs (no elevator).
