Bayberry is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests.

Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, the apartment is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and Como Regional Park. You will also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis.

The apartment also includes a private deck overlooking the shared backyard with fire pit and shared grill, creating a great space to relax outdoors after a day exploring the city.

The property sits along an active train line, which can be seen from the deck.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the home and in the alley behind the property. Public transportation and bike paths are just steps away.
