This was our 2nd start here, and we hope to stay again. Love the soft sofa and the comfy bed, and the location is absolutely perfect for visiting St. Paul!
We loved the location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and coffee in the Summit Hill neighborhood. The space was cute and cozy, and had everything we needed to cook at home. We hope to stay there again!
This was a fairly nice place to stay! We did need the provided space heater and could have used more blankets for the couch bed. Low ceilings and we didnt notice this was the lower level in a duplex. There was one night we could hear quite a bit of conversation from upstairs but otherwise werent bothered. On the last night, we noticed a hole in the back of the closet leading to the laundry room....there was duct tape over other holes but we are hoping the upstairs occupant wasnt watching us sleep!

We had some difficulty communicating with host through Vrbo, which seemed to be a Vrbo issue, not an issue with the host.
Great spot off Summit Ave and Grand, and within walking distance of great food and bike trail. Parking on site was a non issue. Note to anyone reading that garages in the city are usually detached at the backend of the property.House like many in the area is on the older side, and dated. Minor disrepair but not enough to take away from the stayOnly real issue was the HVAC which was controlled by whoever was staying in the upstairs unit. So got a bit stale and stuffy when they shut it off.Owners are super communicators. They were very prompt, helpful, and courteous.
