Located inside one of the most exclusive, private complexes in the Dominican Republic. This spacious 9-bedroom villa, complete with swimming pool and patios, offers endless amenities allowing you and your guests a first-class vacation.

Located 5-mins from Punta Cana airport, inside the gated Punta Cana Resort & Club, a quick 3-mins walk to the beach, and access to Tortuga Bay restraunt most times and The Westin, and Playa Blanca.
The space
This house fills every desire with spaces in so many places to spend time one on one or all together. Most houses everyone needs to fight for a certain bed or room but so many to choose from. Four king beds for the long lanky ones and many many queens for the not so. Two central bathrooms along with one in each bed room or most
Pool is integrated into house so watchful eyes can sit in comfortable at all times We have a kitchen on both floors with one being meatless and always extra care to cleaning it for each rental This is a dream house
Other things to note
There is several eating places within the gated area Easier with golf carts but doable walking It is such a calming place and once at the house you have no reason to leave. Great dilivery available from top establishments in nearby village We order many time from mama Luisa’s pasta for many people and always excellant. The finest home with no lack of sleeping choices like you have with many houses for much more. Great choice

This villa was stunning! The host was friendly and communicated everything as well as responded quickly. The staff was incredible; Santana, Catia and Benny were the sweetest and kindest people. Santana was so helpful with anything we needed and Catia and Benny kept the villa spotless everyday. It was so spacious and in a safe community. The only issue I would say we struggled with was Ubers were not allowed in and without a car it was a hassle trying to get in and out of the resort. I would recommend renting a car. Besides that everything was 10/10, I would definitely go back.

This was our 4th time to the Punta Cana resort. We decided quite late to book our trip this year and this is the home we found that was still available. The pictures are quite accurate, so we were not expecting an updated and/or renovated home. The home is quirky and is fitted with outdoor furniture indoors. The owner is friendly and accommodating. He threw in a few freebies and even allowed my two young nieces to join us last minute.Pros: -well priced–very well situated with just a few steps from the beach-large homeCons: -We found a few cockroaches (some small and some quite large). Not an infestation but worth mentioning it. The basement garage which is used by the maintenance guy as a workshop might be the cause. -Lizards are frequent inside the home. We found and evicted at least 3 per night. We have rented various homes at this resort in the past and know that a lizard here and there can be common, but not at the level found in this property. -The staff often have friends over to hang out with them inside the home within the staff quarters, and outside of the home. We would come home from a day at the beach to find cars parked on the lawn in front. Somewhat inappropriate.- My elderly parents were the last to leave the home on the checkout date, at approximately 8:00 a.m., while we had already departed at 6:30 a.m. As they were leaving for the airport, they were asked to pay 640 in fees that weren't due. It was all cleared up but it caused undue stress.

I’m a visionary. I see things completed before theyve been started. Building this home was so out of character for me. Borrowed everything to my limit in Canada. All in I poured every idea I’ve had for years into this home to accomadate my large familly which after 15 grandchildren is even larger. And we still all vacation together at this home. Every familly have their own space

What makes this property unique

Six differant famillies can stay in this home and everyone has their own space. Many differant sitting areas or a couple very large ones to handle the largest meals. With the upper doors and lower doors open every morning the ocean breeze flows naturally through the house. Air con not required most times. That’s a real vacation in the open air The pool is intergrated into the home so being close to watch the young ones is awesome benefit.
