Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and the views were really incredible from the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee watching the sunrise cast its light upon the valley and we also enjoyed watching the sunset.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Ocotal Villa and were extremely pleased with our stay. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The location was ideal, and Rich Coast Vacations made the entire experience seamless. They were incredibly responsive and helped arrange transportation, a golf cart, groceries, and tours, making our stay completely stress-free

This is a lovely property. Four adults stayed here for seven nights and really enjoyed the area. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for a home away from home. Pool is close by. Beach is close and clean. The area is quiet during the evenings. There are two restaurants close. Communication with Rich coast was easy, they responded and fixed any problems that were found quickly.

We had a fantastic stay in our villa! The location was perfect - quick walk to the beach and beautiful pool just steps away. Quiet neighbourhood and a really good restaurant just outside the gates of the community. Live music on Wednesdays and Saturdays.The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed - lots of utensils, pots, dishes, etc. Brand new BBQ.We really appreciated the laundry facilities and all the space. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels provided, including beach towels.The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The howler monkeys woke us up each morning and we were fortunate to see so many birds and iguanas right on the property.We rented a car through the property manager, which also included an airport shuttle. We also booked a fun tour to a waterfall and ecological reserve, which was very well organized and exceeded expectations.I would highly recommend this property and Rich Coast Vacations.
