Great base to explore the space coast

A lovely little property in Melbourne, easy walk to downtown so location ideal. Good parking, well lit exterior. An ideal spot to use as a base if you want to explore the space coast, lots of eateries and supermarkets nearby. Apartment had nearly everything we needed for our 6 night stay.Host was extremely responsive at all times before and during our stay.

Nice with a few issues

The place was clean and presentable. The stairs to the unit were a bit too steep for us as we are over 80. There are motion detectors in the bedroom that were constantly lighting up at night. Not sure what they were for but a little alarming. Had some issues wit h the thermostat controller. They were hard to read and no instructions. The trains were close very noisy, might want to bring noise machine or ear plugs.

Great location and very clean

This property is located Within walking distance to historic Downtown. Is a really cute place perfect for 2 people. There are lots of nearby restaurants to walk to come and the hospital is nearby in case you work there temporarily. I will definitely try to book this place again.
