Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just an 8-minute stroll to the beach, This thoughtfully designed home pairs comfort with coastal style. Walk to nearby coffee shops and local restaurants, then return to relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy the breeze without the bugs. We are on the island but, Downtown is just a quick 10-15 minute drive/Uber. It’s the perfect blend of location, charm, and convenience.

Walkable to the beach, family friendly, quiet, yet convenient to all that Saint Augustine has to offer. It’s like a pick and choose your own experience.
