Calling this place “luxurious” in the title was one of the bigger fabrications that I’ve come across staying in these types of rentals. Immediately walking in it did seem clean enough but the smell of Fabulouso and some weird musty type of smell was overwhelming. This wasone of the most dated places I’ve stayed in. It feels like they just took the cabinets and furniture straight out of their grandparents house in the late 80s early 90s and threw them in. The screens were old, the furniture was meh, and the patio furniture was dirty and torn. The price point was not worth what we got. I get that luxury looks different to everyone and I’m sure there are people out there that would have thought that this was great, however, for Sedona, it was just a dated old house, with a weird smell, that they made look good in pictures and charged over 400. If they wouldn’t have tried to pass it off as “luxury” I may have felt different.Also, “fees included” does not include tax so keep that in mind when booking. It’s going to be minimum of another hundred dollars for only a couple nights at 13%Suffice to say, if you do t care about nice things, you’re probably going to be perfectly happy here but if you are expecting a luxurious and modern place, I would look elsewhere. Sadly, the last place we had stayed in. Also, the multiple emails we got before we went, trying to upsell us on concierge services and other crap, was really offputting.

During the monsoon season, Sedona experiences more humidity that can bring out various smells in the wood and trees. We will also re‑inspect the patio furniture to ensure it meets our standards. Regarding pricing and taxes, rates in Sedona reflect the home’s size, location, and amenities, and all taxes are set by the city and state and disclosed at checkout. Pre‑arrival emails include optional concierge services that many guests find helpful, but we’ll revisit the messaging to ensure it feels supportive rather than intrusive. The owners care deeply about providing a comfortable, well‑maintained retreat, and most guests describe their stay as serene, accurately represented, and exactly what they hoped for.
