Retreat to this peaceful, modern home, nestled among the trees in the Stowe Vermont! Zenbrook has everything you need to have fun and relax. Pool table, sauna, heated outdoor pool (avail June 1 through September 26), wood fireplace, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and modern furnishings throughout. Expansive windows give you that indoor outdoor feel which makes visiting any time of year spectacular and perfect for soaking in nature.
The Space:
ABOUT THE SPACE:
This stylish and architecturally designed home brings together clean lines, 10’ ceilings and walls of windows for an abundance of natural light. Upon entering this newly renovated home you’ll be greeted by a glass ceiling, blue stone floor with radiant heat, large closet space and a ¾ bath beautifully tiled with the same fieldstone that surrounds the outdoor pool.
The open concept, fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a socializing and entertaining with a group. Has an in-counter downdraft for the cooktop. The windows and open concept continue, flowing into the dining room, living room and a large sunroom/recreational room.
The primary bedroom ensuite encompasses the entire second floor featuring an ensuite bathroom that has dual vessel sinks, sauna, shower, and a soaking tub.
The lower level of the home has another bath and three bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows.
Outside, extend the summer season in the in-ground heated pool, pool house, outdoor shower, and a large wrap around deck perfect for outdoor dining or an escape from the sun. With winter views of Mt. Mansfield and an abundance of breathtaking landscaping, this stylish home is a truly unique and special place to visit! In the summer months, you can use the mini splits for AC- One in primary bedroom, one in living room and one in basement king bedroom. There is not central air AC.

This home is only a few miles to the historic Village of Stowe and only 20 min
DRIVING TO THE MOUNTAIN:
This property is 20 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort (with no traffic). To take the back road and avoid the traffic on Mountain Road, turn south onto VT-100S, take an immediate right at The Shaw’s onto West Hill Rd for 0.7 miles, turn left onto Mayo Farm Rd for 0.5 miles, turn left onto Weeks Hill Rd for 0.3 miles, turn right onto VT-108/Mountain Rd for 6.9 miles. Arrived.
The mountain charges for parking on Friday, Saturday and Sundays but parking is free Mon-Thursday).
However, if you don’t want to pay for parking, we recommend the following options:
Park at one of the free lots closest to the mountain. There are two options, the Cross Country Center (5281 Mountain Road, Stowe) lot or the Toll House Lift Lot which is on your left as you get close to the mountain (but get there really early!). Once there’s enough snow and this lift is running you won’t have to take the shuttle to main lodge you can just ride the lift from there.
Or, park in one of the two lots on the way to the mountain, The Stowe Town Hall (67 Main Street, Stowe) or the Stowe Events Field (667 Weeks Hill Road, Stowe).

The rules, QR code for paying ahead, and the Mountain Rd Shuttle schedule and stops. Please review it carefully and really familiarize yourself with the system so your visit is as stress-free as possible.
Getting Around:
Vermont in general has a large percentage of dirt roads and dirt driveways. While we do our best to ensure that the roads and driveways are clear and passable, we cannot guarantee easy access to each property without a proper vehicle that has either AWD or 4WD and is equipped with proper snow tires. Please plan transportation according to the season.
