The space Welcome to War Eagle Oaks, a spacious 3-bed, 2.5-bath townhome designed for comfort and convenience. All bedrooms are located upstairs featuring one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, plus a queen air mattress stored in the master closet for extra guests.
Downstairs, unwind in the cozy living room with a large sectional and 65” smart TV, or gather in the dining area with seating for six. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain.
Both upstairs bathrooms are newly renovated—the master includes a walk-in shower, while the guest bath offers a tub/shower combo.
Whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway, Auburn events, or a relaxing retreat, you’ll find every detail designed to make your stay easy, comfortable, and memorable.
Guest access Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the back porch. Enjoy the three bedrooms upstairs (one king, two queens) plus the queen air mattress available in the master closet for extra guests.
You’ll also have access to three designated parking spaces in front of the home, all labeled “522.” Please only park in those spots. There’s no HOA or parking passes required, and the neighborhood respects assigned spaces.

Perfect location, clean, well stocked with everything you would need. Our family loved it. Definitely recommend it and would stay there again. Dana is a wonderful host who thinks of everything for her guests. Really enjoyed the backyard patio.
