This spacious 3 bedroom modern home is the perfect Palm Springs escape. The 2800 square foot home is stylishly decorated with polished concrete floors, stunning decor, modern art and comfortable, contemporary furniture. It is designed to facilitate easy entertaining with an open floor plan and a seamless flow from inside to outside using large sliding doors with easy access to the pool, and a large resort-like yard from any room in the house. This home features oversized rooms, with large windows, stunning designer bathrooms, zoned temperature control, salt water pool and spa, and a flawless, unobstructed view of Mount San Jacinto.The kitchen is a chefs' or entertainers' dream with industrial quality appliances. The Master Bedroom boasts a comfy king-size bed, large walk-in closet, a private patio/reading area and stunning mountain views. Oversized designer rain shower, modern changing area, and a small office area with a flat screen TV complete the gorgeous master bedroom. Two Guest Bedrooms (one is attached and second is a fully private casita with separate entrance). The second bedroom contains a king size been and the casita has a queen size bed with high-end linens and modern decorations, large closets and dressers. One guest bathroom contains an oversized soaking tub and the other a heavenly shower that is double the size of a regular shower. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has all the amenities of true luxury with stainless appliances including industrial gas stove/oven, convection oven/microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen contains all dishes, cookware and serving ware needed for your stay. Separate dining Area with seating for up to 6 people. Living Room has ample seating, and a 32-inch flat screen TV. Along side the pool and spa, you will find a cozy outdoor fire place for evening outdoor entertaining, bikes, table tennis/ping pong and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

Excellent Spring Break Getaway

My family loved this house! Quiet neighborhood with a private pool that was perfect for all day lounging. Kitchen was well-equipped and we also got a lot of use out of the grill. Great location, close to all the Palm Springs restaurants and shops. Beautiful home and we can't wait to book again!

Relaxing Getaway

This property is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need has been supplied for you. The owners and property manager are very responsive and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants but located in quiet neighborhood.

The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to downtown. Lots to do within 2 miles. Checkin was a breeze and had no issues while there. Would definitely recommend.

Great get away for three couples!

We loved this place! Everyone had their own private space but the common areas were great. The water features were terrific and we used the hot tub every night. The owners left great directions but it was also easy to call someone for help. We loved the beautiful gas fire on the front patio. Great, great, great!

Tranquil home-base

The house is gorgeous, and the furniture and art have been updated since the pictures were taken. The home is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are also great spent a lot of time lounging out by the pool. Will definitely book again next time we are in Palm Springs

Great home for a Christmas gathering

What a beautiful home n a very convenient location. Minutes away by car from the aerial tramway and mountain hikes, the heart of Palm Springs and its shopping and restaurants, desert hiking in Indian Canyon and Joshua Tree is within easy reach. The house itself was magnificent with comfortable beds and a super kitchen. The hot tub was used alot by our family of 4 adults. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the communication of the owners and property management.

Relaxing, beautiful. Excellent inside view of the mountains on chilly mornings, pool and spa easy to control and at perfect temperatures. Loved Hollywood decor and well equipped kitchen. Perfect Holiday Stay

Our family just returned from a week long stay in PS. This house is perfection. Great location near to downtown and local sights. The modern house is well appointed and comfortable. Interesting art and furnishing create a great PS vibe. The pool, spa, fire pit and landscaping made us feel we were in our own private resort. Add in the bikes and ping pong table and our young adult children were kept constantly active. It was soooo hard to leave. Thanks Norma and Mark for sharing your wonderful retreat!

Great location

Overall the house was great. The pool and spa were really nice, and even though the weather was a little cool, we were in the spa everyday. You can’t beat the privacy. You’re in a neighborhood but feel like your isolated. The location is good. You can get to downtown Palm Springs in minutes, and it’s a short drive to Palm Desert and Cathedral City. The owners and management were very quick to respond to any questions we had. There were a couple cleaning issues but nothing that couldn’t be addressed or affected the stay. We would consider going back next year.

We were 5: my wife and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and our son. The 3 bedroom layout of this Vrbo was perfect for our needs with complete privacy for each couple and our single son. The living room was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed with some MCM furnishings but certainly not over the top. We did have a couple of minor glitches, to be expected with any rental but Norma and her team dealt with each promptly and successfully. We highly recommend this rental.

Awesome Property

This house exceeded all expectations. Check in was super, great communication throughout the entire process. We contacted one time about the spa temp and it was resolved immediately. Everything we needed was provided, the house was comfotable, and our stay was great. Appreciate the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this house for up to 3 couples. Location was handy for downtown with easy access to most things in the Valley due to ease of accessing major streets. Very quiet property.

Lovely pool home

Lovely, well-stocked home (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, games, pool floats) on the north end of the PS strip. It had everything we could possibly need for a week. Heated saltwater pool/spa a big plus. Beds are firm. Would stay again!

Excellent Home and Location!

We stayed in Palm Springs over the holidays, the house was ideally located and very clean. Excellent communication with house manager, plenty of space for five people, amazing yard with a gorgeous pool/spa and cozy outdoor fireplace. Would definitely stay again!
